Cartridge Heater (also known as single head electric heating tube and barrel heater), its heating part of the core is nickel chromium heat-resistant alloy wire, which is wound on the magnesium oxide mandrel with excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. After the magnesia powder is filled between the heating wire and the shell as insulating material, the air inside is compressed and discharged by the machine, so as to make it a whole. Any diameter between 2-30mm can be customized to fit the appliance’s holes.

Electric Heater Rod can also be made with thermocouple type of K, T, J.
