1. When using a single head heating tube in the air or in a gas environment, the first step is to ensure good ventilation at the installation location, so that the surface heat of the electric heating tube can be quickly conducted out after the work is done. Electric heating tubes with high surface loads are used in environments with poor ventilation, which can easily cause excessive surface coverage temperature and lead to overloading of the heating tubes, resulting in short circuit damage.
2. When using a single head electric heating tube in liquid, it is necessary to first select the medium for heating the liquid.
Electric heating tubes, especially in corrosive liquid working environments, should be selected according to the characteristics of the material, and the surface load of the heating tube should be controlled based on the medium of the heating liquid. Overloading of a single head electric heating tube may cause safety hazards and short-circuit damage to the electric heating tube.
3. Single head heating pipe is used in the mold hole, which is customized according to the reserved installation hole on the mold.
The outer diameter of the single head heating tube must be a negative tolerance length, please try to minimize the distance between the heating tube and the installation hole. When machining installation holes with precision keys, it is recommended to take a single-sided gap of less than 0.05 millimeters, and the gap between the single head heating rod and the mold hole should not exceed 0.15 millimeters. Otherwise, due to the large gap, the heating rod may have poor thermal conductivity efficiency during the heating process, which may result in the occurrence of internal electric heating wire phenomenon in the thermal length measuring section. The ideal gap should be controlled at 0.1 millimeters.
